This is how we work:

1. We talk with you, and listen to your needs and wants. In person, video call, telephone. It doesn’t matter.

2. We gather the facts and we make an analysis. We then present what we think is the best solution for you in our SCOPE OF WORK (SOW).

3. We discuss and redraft the SOW, as needed. This document clearly states the task for which you’re hiring us, the deliverables we are offering to solve your problem, what we will need from you to complete the project, the time frame for completion, how we will measure our effectiveness (provable before & after statistics or other metrics), plus the agreed upon compensation and payment schedule.

4. We sign and get to work.

5. We do not say the project is finished until we meet the agreed upon measurable result.
